Water Damage From Broken Hot Water Heater

Our customer in Haverstraw, New York suffered water damage from a broken hot water heater. The basement wood floor was damaged beyond repair, and will need to be replaced. The entire area will be dried and deodorized before the restoration process can begin. Our SERVPRO Eastern Rockland County Service Technicians were quickly onsite to assess the damage and begin the cleanup process, and placement of the de-humidifiers, and fans to dry the area. Our Professional Office Staff was on hand to help the customer navigate the insurance coverage estimates and payments. Commercial Water Damage

This large commercial water loss was from a pipe burst in the ceiling. The water damage was very extensive- affecting one third of the building from  the fifth floor all the way down to the second. SERVPRO placed drying equipment throughout the hallways to start the drying process. SERVPRO Project Manager Ryan Webber is checking the progress of the job. 

Water Damage- Rescue Mat Drying System

Pipe Burst in Ceiling

This client had a pipe burst in the ceiling, causing extensive damage to the ceiling and wall. We removed the damaged sheetrock, and placed drying equipment. The entire area must be clean and dry before the rebuilding can happen.
