Our customer in Haverstraw, New York suffered water damage from a broken hot water heater. The basement wood floor was damaged beyond repair, and will need to be replaced. The entire area will be dried and deodorized before the restoration process can begin. This large commercial water loss was from a pipe burst in the ceiling. The water damage was very extensive- affecting one third of the building from  the fifth floor all the way down to the second. SERVPRO placed drying equipment throughout the hallways to start the drying process. SERVPRO Project Manager Ryan Webber is checking the progress of the job. 

SERVPRO is prepping two rescue mat systems to draw the moisture out of these hardwood floors. Although they may need to be sanded / refinished - obtaining dry standard is a crucial first step.
